They certainly have Colorado and California right, but I disagree with Pennsylvania.Texas will move up a shade or two when we get some more year-round stouts and some decent bigger beers. Maybe St. A's will start a few when they get the space to play around.
Absolutely. I would say Texas can move up in no time as we have a couple of breweries trying to come online now.
